Help to stop smoking
There are smoking cessation clinics in many GP surgeries and health centres a telephone call to your practice will tell you what's available to kick the habit.
A drop-in smoking cessation clinic is held weekly at Alloa Health Centre Tuesdays 5.30pm - 7.30pm or contact Kate Johnstone at NHS Forth Valley on 01786 463 031.
There are many organisations who can assist in helping smokers to quit:
