Social Care & Health
We work with NHS Forth Valley, local private and community organisations to take care of the health and social care needs of the local community.
We want people of all ages to have a healthy life. To do this we:
- Consult people of all ages about their needs and involve people in planning future services
- Work in partnership and share information across services
- Develop a strong workforce with trained and skilled staff
By working with other agencies, businesses and groups we can provide efficient, responsive services which avoid duplication and meet the needs of local people.
We also work to Health Improvement Targets, set by the Government, and these include improving health, reducing drug and alcohol misuse, nutrition, mens health, health and homelessness
