Scheme of Delegation
Updated Scheme of Delegation to delegate duties and responsibilities to committees, subcommittees and officers as allowed under section 56 of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973.
This scheme should be read alongside the Council's Standing Orders, Contract Standing Orders and Financial Regulations.
