Tenant Satisfaction Survey Results
In September 2008, Kwest Research was commissioned by Clackmannanshire Council to carry out an independent and confidential survey of its tenants. This survey follows on from the 2006 research conducted by Kwest on behalf of the Council.
The questionnaire used in the 2008 research was identical to that used in Clackmannanshire’s 2006 survey in order to allow change in tenant opinion to be tracked over time.
The main aims of the research can be summarised as follows:
- To obtain an overall measure of opinion with key services
- To identify priority areas for service improvement
- To track change in tenant opinion since the previous survey
- To collect demographic information about the tenant population
