Local Housing Strategy Updates
Clackmannanshire’s Local Housing Strategy (LHS) covers the years 2004 to 2009. Each year a review of the LHS is carried out to make sure the Strategy is on track and to incorporate any policy changes or new priorities which have surfaced over the year. This second update focuses on the Action Plan which includes the 10 priority objectives and the specific tasks identified for each objective. Overall, one of our key aims is to ensure that the Strategy is fully implemented and, following feedback that the update should be easy to follow, we have adopted a ‘traffic light’ framework where colour coded progress is marked within the action plan itself. This update has been endorsed by two of our key partners, Ochilview and Paragon Housing Associations, and their logos are included on the front cover. We hope that more partners will sign up as the LHS Core Group and our partnership working develops further.
