Local Housing Strategy Updates
Clackmannanshire’s first Local Housing Strategy (LHS) covered the years 2004 to 2009.
Each year a review of the LHS was carried out to make sure the Strategy was on track and to incorporate any policy changes or new priorities which surfaced over the year.
Each update focused on the Action Plan to ensure we were meeting our 10 priority objectives and actioning the specific tasks identified for each objective.
Overall, one of our key aims was to ensure that the Strategy is fully implemented and easy to follow. We adopted a ‘traffic light’ framework where colour coded progress is marked within the action plan itself.
Each update has been endorsed by the Scottish Government as showing good progress.
