Local Development Plan, Monitoring Statement

The Planning etc (Scotland) Act 2006 requires that a Monitoring Statement is prepared to accompany a Main Issues Report for the Local Development Plan (LDP) when it is published. A Monitoring Statement must contain sufficient data to enable the Main Issues Report to be prepared.
