Clackmannanshire Local Plan First Alteration (Housing Land) (Adopted)
The proposed 3rd Alteration to the Clackmannanshire and Stirling Structure Plan 2002 was approved by the Scottish Ministers and adopted 16th June 2009.
The scope of the Alteration considers only the housing land requirement in Clackmannanshire to 2025.
The 1st Alteration to the Local Plan specifically allocates sites to encourage new build housing in Clackmannanshire for an additional 2250 homes to that already planned for in Clackmannanshire. The 1st Alteration allocates specific sites to meet the projected strategic housing requirement for Clackmannanshire to 2017.
A Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Environmental Report, was also prepared to highlight the environmental considerations taken into account when assessing which sites might be allocated.
