Inter-Agency Child Protection Guidelines
The purpose of this publication is to provide guidance for professionals who have statutory responsibilities for the protection of children and all agencies working with children and families who may have to respond to information or allegations that a child is at risk of abuse. It sets out the framework of the law and outlines the roles and responsibilities of individual agencies working together in the process of protecting children.
