Notice of Ballot - Alloa Town Centre Business Improvement District

Notice of Ballot to be held on the proposals of the Alloa Town Centre Business Improvement District (BID). Ballot papers will be sent to those eligible to vote by Wednesday 3rd September 2008 for return to the Electoral Reform Services by no later than 5pm on Wednesday 15th October 2008 (the “day of the ballot”). Persons eligible to vote in the ballot will be those who, as at Thursday 3rd July 2008, were non-domestic ratepayers within the geographical area of the proposed BID.
