Contacting the Council in person

Clackmannanshire Council wants to make its services as easily accessible to you as possible. That means having offices in local communities, rather than relying on people travelling into the Council's Alloa headquarters.

We have a number of local offices called Community Access Points (CAPs) where you can use many of our services.

Comments and complaints can be reported at any office.
