		<title>Clackmannanshire Council Final Draft Core Paths Plan and Strategic Environmental Assessment</title>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>Clackmannanshire Council are undertaking two consultations in relation to the Final Draft Core Paths Plan and have </p><ol><li>Drawn up the <strong>Final Draft Core Paths Plan</strong> under section 18(1)(a) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 for which a statutory 12 week consultation period is provided to allow for the submission of comments and objections.</li><li>Undertaken a <strong>Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of the Final Draft Core Paths Plan</strong> under section 16(2) of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005 for which a 12 week consultation period is provided to allow for the submission of comments.</li></ol><p>For more information, you can view our page entitled <a href="/environment/finaldraftcpp/">Final Draft Core Paths Plan</a> which includes </p><ul><li>Links to view or download the Final Draft Core Paths Plan including maps and SEA Environmental Report;</li><li>Details of Council offices where you can view the plan, maps and report;</li><li>Details of scheduled drop-in sessions where you can view the plan, maps and report;</li><li>Comments and Objections form.</li></ul><p>Comments and objections, including reasons, in relation to the Plan must be made in writing and received by Development and Environmental Services, Access and Countryside Projects Officer by 13 October 2008.</p>]]></description>
