Licenses - The Gambling Act 2005

The Council grant and renew licences for cash bingo, betting premises, adult gaming, casino, family entertainment centres and adult gaming centres.

• Gambling or Gaming
  The Gambling Act 2005 has introduced new regulations affecting all operators of casinos, bingo premises, amusement arcades, betting premises and holders of gambling machine permits. Operators will also require an operating licence from the Gambling Commission.
