Industrial Land

  1. Serviced industrial land - £75,000/£160,000 per hectare
  2. Unserviced industrial land - £60,000 to £75,000 per hectare
  3. Rental levels – 14% to 18% of capital values

Residential land

  1. High density development - £190,000 to £300,000 per hectare
  2. Medium density - £160,000 to £330,000 per hectare
  3. Small site for low density high quality housing – up to £450,000 per hectare

Agricultural Land

  1. Best arable land up to £5,000 per hectare
  2. Poor stock land as low as £1,700 per hectare

House prices

New Dwellings:
  1. Detached house, quality estate - £130,000 to £190,000
  2. 3 / 4 bedroom detached house on estate - £75,000 to £130,000
  3. 3 bedroom semi-detached house - £60,000 to £70,000
  4. 2 bedroom flat in 3 (or more) storey block - £40,000 to £45,000
Second Hand Dwellings – Post 1960
  1. Detached house, quality estate - £110,000 to £150,000
