Building Standards Forms and Guidance Notes

This section contains Building Warrant application and associated forms that are available to download. Once completed, applications should be posted or hand delivered to the Building Standards Team at the address detailed at the bottom of this page.

If you require forms for applications made prior to this date (which includes amendments to the original warrant) then please contact Building Standards direct using the details at the bottom of this page.
