Golf Coaching
Clackmannanshire Council is committed to delivering an introduction to golf for every P5 pupil. Each pupil will be introduced to golf using the clubgolf scheme through the Primary 5 Physical Education (PE) curriculum.
Clubgolf is a key component of Scotland's national strategy for junior golf. Launched on the Scottish Government's pledge to create an opportunity for every child in Scotland to experience golf, the programme is now well established and growing every year.
Clubgolf is backed by Scotland's leading golfers including Catriona Matthew, Paul Lawrie, Sandy Lyle and Colin Montgomerie along with sportcentral.
Local Golf Clubs
Clackmannanshire boasts six golf clubs, each offering a different challenge, with something for the beginner to the scratch handicapper. All of these clubs welcome visitors and members alike.
