- Go to www.landlordregistrationscotland.gov.uk OR contact Clackmannanshire Council
- Complete registration form
- Pay fee
- Reply to any queries from Clackmannanshire Council
- Sign and return printed application details received from Clackmannanshire Council
- Receive confirmation of registration from Clackmannanshire Council, valid for 3 years
- Notify any changes as they occur
- Three years later renew your registration
