Clackmannanshire Zero Waste Strategy - Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA)
Notice of the Determination that the proposed Clackmannanshire Zero Waste Strategy will require a Strategic Environmental Assessment
As required under the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005, Clackmannanshire Council has reviewed the likely significant environmental effects of the proposed Clackmannanshire Zero Waste Strategy.
Clackmannanshire Council has made a determination under Section 8(1) of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005 that the Clackmannanshire Zero Waste Strategy is likely to have significant environmental effects.
The Clackmannanshire Zero Waste Strategy will therefore be subject to a Strategic Environmental Assessment.
This determination may also be inspected free of charge during normal office hours at Kilncraigs, Greenside Street, Alloa, FK10 1EB.
