Glenochil Nursery
The Council operates a plant nursery between Menstrie and Alva.
Plants
The nursery provides us with many of the plants we use on our landscaped areas around the county.
Recycling
The site also has a 'Green' recycling facility where you can bring trees branches, Christmas tress and other organic material to be chipped for use as a mulch.

Summer and Autumn Open Days in 2008
We frequently hold open days where we sell surplus plants and offer advice on plant growth and maintenance.
