Booking Information

How to book

You can book a leisure activity in a variety of ways

Bookings more than 7 days in advance

For hall hires and long term lets, contact our Leisure Helpline. We will check availability of facilities and offer alternatives if appropriate.

To complete the booking process please download a Application for hire of facilities form, complete it and return to the booking office above.

Becoming a Member

Membership is free to all.

New members can register by phoning the Leisure Line or in person at any of the leisure venues/booking office.

You will be issued with a Clackmannanshire Council leisure card. There is no charge for the card, however there is a £3 replacement charge.

Price reductions are available to some members through the Access to Leisure Scheme.

Booking Conditions

We have a set of standard booking conditions to follow:

Cancellations

Cancellation of sports bookings needs to be made up to 24 hours in advance. If you have a booking and you cancel within the 24 hour period, you will be charged the full amount if the booking cannot be resold in time.

Cancellation of all other lets, such as hall hires, needs to be made 1 week in advance.
