Exhibitions

'Mapping Routes Beyond Faces': 30th August - 28th September 2008

An exhibition of work done by people who have come through the doors of The Art Shop entitled 'Mapping Routes Beyond Faces' is currently on show at Aberdona Gallery. The exhibition is a journey through colour, light and sound and demonstrates the personalities and creative talent of local residents through a range of dynamic work in the form of video projections, sound, photography and creative writing.

Art Materials

Art materials are not sold at the shop, however, we can give advice on where to buy materials used in the workshops. We can also help find local sources for art supplies.

Background

The project was developed by Cultural and Community Services in partnership with the Scottish Executive. The shop was awarded Pathfinder status in 2007.
