Access to Leisure scheme

What benefits does the ‘Access To Leisure’ scheme give me?
Our ‘Access to Leisure’ scheme entitles users to reduced charges for some activities and events.
‘Access To Leisure’ is available to the following groups:
- Under 18s
- Over 60s
- Disabled
- Those on a low income
- Students
Access to Leisure is only available to residents of Clackmannanshire.
Where can I use it?
- All Clackmannanshire Council facilities and leisure centres
How do I join?
You can obtain a membership card from our Leisure booking office or any of our leisure venues during opening hours.
All applicants should bring proof of address such as a utility bill, Council Tax, driver’s licence, plus:
- Under 18s:
- Proof of age (eg Birth certificate, Passport)
- Over 60s:
- Proof of age (eg Birth certificate, National Entitlement Card, Driver’s Licence, Passport)
- If you are disabled:
- An award letter for one of the following:
- Incapacity benefit
- Disability Living Allowance, or
- Blue Parking Badge (or award letter)
- An award letter for one of the following:
- If you are on low income:
- An award letter for one of the following:
- Income Support
- Job Seekers Allowance
- Employment and Support Allowance
- An award letter for one of the following:
- If you are a student:
- Current student matriculation card
