Strategy and Customer Services
Strategy and Customer Services has a broad remit to lead and co-ordinate strategic regeneration policy and continually improve customer service.
Its main aims are to:
- develop and support effective strategic partnerships through the mechanism of community planning
- promote customer-focussed services and access points
- enhance customer service across the Council
- improve communications and information management within the Council and between the Council and its partners
- support the socio-economic regeneration of Clackmannanshire
The team includes:
- Business Support Team
Provides essential administrative services across the Council through a shared service approach.The main aim of this model is to streamline working practices, reduce duplication of effort, and deliver professional support services that are recognised as being a valuable resource throughout the Council. - Customer Services
Responsible for leading on the delivery of the council's Customer Service strategy and operational delivery and expansion of the council's Customer Contact Centre. Customer services also encompasses customer-facing areas such as libraries and registrars. - Strategy and Performance
Responsible for Communications and Marketing, Research and Information and Community services.
