Property Asset Management
The main objective of the Property Asset Management Team is:
To maintain the Clackmannanshire Council buildings portfolio in a condition fit for their purpose to meet Council goals and values.
This Team is also responsible for the buying, selling, leasing and renting of Council owned Property and Land. More details can be found on our page entitled Council Property/Land available for Sale/Lease.
