Section 109 NRSWA Consent Application
Utility Infrastructure Providers (UIP's) who are installing new apparatus in the public road should apply for permission under Section 109 of the New Roads & Street Works Act (as opposed to by Minor Roadworks Consent). The fee for S109 consent is detailed in the application form.
