Nursery Enrolment Form and Guidance notes
Please use this form to enrol your child in nursery for session 2012/13.
Closing date for applications is 23rd March 2012.
Pre-pre school children who are currently attending a local authority nursery should not complete a new application form if they are returning to the same nursery. Please ask the nursery for a returners form.
