Facilities Management brings together a complete range of professional disciplines and services necessary to provide the Council with the management and maintenance of its public buildings, housing stock and fleet. It also provides waste management, catering cleaning and building maintenance as small works services. It comprises:
Environmental Services
Street Care and Grounds Maintenance
Objective: To deliver high quality, reliable Street Cleansing services to the community and contribute to the Council's priority outcome that the area has a positive image and attracts people and businesses.
Waste Services
Objective: To deliver high quality, reliable services to customers that maximise resource use and minimise the impact of waste on the Clackmannanshire environment.
Fleet Services
Objective:- “To provide an effective fleet management and maintenance service making best use of resources to meet the Council’s goals and values, ensuring value for money in a safe working environment.”
Property Asset Management
Objective:- “To direct the Clackmannanshire Council buildings portfolio to provide suitable accommodation efficiently in the right place for customers .”
Construction Design
Objective:- “To provide a wide range of professional Design and Construction related services, satisfying the needs and expectations of the customer and those of the Council.”
Soft FM
Catering & Cleaning
Objective:- “To provide a competitive high quality Catering Cleaning and Caretaking service in Schools, Public Buildings, depots and external contracts, achieving customer satisfaction by investing in our employees, communicating effectively with our customers, ensuring value for money in a safe working environment.”

Property Maintenance
Objective: - "To manage and maintain to a high standard a multi-purpose property portfolio consisting of private and public buildings and houses".
The service is also responsible for Housing, Asset Management, Out of Hours Support and Capital Improvements, Cyclical Maintenance and Statutory Compliance.
