Clackmannanshire Local Employability Partnership (LEP)
The Clackmannanshire Local Employability Partnership (LEP) was set up in June 2010 "to facilitate, support and co-ordinate the provision of employability services in Clackmannanshire".
The LEP oversees both Workforce Plus and More Choices, More Chances (MCMC) provision locally.
Membership
Members of the LEP are:
- Clackmannanshire Council
- Clackmannanshire Third Sector Interface
- Forth Valley College
- Jobcentre Plus
- NHS Forth Valley
- Skills Development Scotland
The LEP is chaired by Forth Valley College and meets on a bi-monthly basis.
The LEP reports to the Clackmannanshire Alliance through the Economic Development Partnership Team (EDPT).
Strategy
The LEP has developed an Employability Strategy and Framework for Action for Clackmannanshire (2011 - 2014). The Strategy and Framework for Action will be delivered by LEP members, working in partnership and with key agencies locally.
