Children and Young People's Partnership Team
The Children and Young People's Partnership Team arose out of the Integrated Children's Services Planning Group, which is a multi-agency partnership led by the Council.
It is responsible for setting out how the Single Outcome Agreement commitments in relation to children and young people and families are planned jointly and strategically, and it is the means by which the overall outcomes are evaluated.
The Children and Young People's Partnership Team is committed, through the Integrated Children's Services Action Plan, to establish a community engagement and communication framework to allow young people or their representatives to be involved and consulted on key decision and to help them make those decisions.
Key Priorities
Through a process of evaluation, research and reference to national agendas, the team has identified its key priorities as:
- Improving targeted series for vulnerable children and young people, especially in the area of child protection, ensuring young people get the help they need when they need it.
- Reducing health inequalities for children and young people, especially those living in areas of deprivation

- Central Scotland Police
- Children's Reporter
- NHS Forth Valley
- Clackmannanshire Council
